Chris –Another calling option would be Voice Over IP (voip), which is what skype uses. We use voip.com for our business phones and just noticed they have an offer to make a free voip-based international phone call with NO DOWNLOAD OR CONFIGURATION (just plug in your number and the number to call, and the voip server calls both numbers and initiates the connection)
