They will be going directly to their home stay so it is very unlikely that they will be calling or e-mailing. They got up at 3:00 this morning to head to the airport so they should be quiet and well behaved for their first night with their host families. That may change once they get some sleep!
Brenda says they are all doing great and having a lot of fun! Go figure . . . they're on a tropical island, hanging out and being entertained. Can't imagine having fun in that situation.

We did get a short e-mail from Emma that appeared from the time it was sent it was the next day from her last one. She said they were about to leave for New Zealand. She had bought jewelry for a present and her Visabucks card was used for the first time. I am guessing it was while they were waiting to take off. So she must have found internet access somewhere-- maybe at the airport. I told her in an e-mail that she should try her phone card in NZ or AU lots of people couldn't make theirs work. We'll see-before she left she wasn't sure if she would call or not. Funny when it isn't as easy as at home-here she would call me about anything at work. Thank goodness for e-mail otherwise we may not hear from her. Hopefully she will try the calling card again. Meredith Christian
