We had a very brief conversation with Sarah and she is having an awesome time. I get the impression that she participated in all of the Full On activities (we were able to see one activity in the pictures on line). We were very surprised because Sarah is usually tentative about any type of repelling, zip line activity. She left with an open mind about trying them and now we can’t wait to hear her stories.We did have one piece of bad news, her camera was taken at one of the water parks that the kids visited a couple of days ago. The water park has our contact info and the tour guides contact info in case is happens to show up.
So, I am hoping that we can get copies of pictures from other students. Our plan right now is to bring our contact info and a couple of bank discs for each traveler to the airport on Saturday. If you have time and would not mind putting pictures on the discs and calling us, we will come pick them up. I hate to wait until our reunion get together to get copies since that won’t be until August.
Chris, this is Sarah’s first trip so I can’t compare our blog to other trip blogs but I can’t imagine that this is not the best one yet. I liked your map and recognized a couple of areas that we have relatives in that have been on the blog. How long after the trip will the blog be available? I want to print the blog for a scrapbook.
I don’t know about other parents but we are counting down the days and hours until Sarah gets back.

We will be happy to share pictures. How about a bringing several CD mailers with your address already on it and we just mail you a CD a day or 2 later. The kids (or parents) will be tired on Saturday. This way the mail will be fun everyday for a week or so.

Losing her camera had to be just horrible! She must have been so devastated to have lost her printable memories. Thank goodness to such great technology!

Thanks so much for offers to share photos. Yes, she was pretty upset although she was trying to be brave, probably because she was in the hotel room with another girl. Sounds like she is getting on okay.
